About Sandra Smith-Dugan
Sandra Smith-Dugan was born, raised and educated in California's San Francisco Bay Area. Her earliest exposure to art came from her mother, a University of California at Berkeley fine arts graduate and painter. Growing up in an artistic and creative family, Sandra went on to obtain her Bachelors of Fine Art in painting and drawing from San Jose State University.
